When the farm gives me kohlrabi greens, celery root, a huge head of radicchio, arugula, and daikon in the same week, I know this book will tell me what to do. It’s an indispensible guide to navigating the grocery store produce aisles, but it really shines when you’re faced with an unfamiliar food from your CSA.
